After a successful inaugural season of GR Cup and a TC America TCA Championship in 2023, Precision Racing L.A. (PRLA) and L.A. Honda World Racing (LAHWR) are finalizing preparations for the 2024 SRO Series by blending seasoned veterans with determined newcomers eager to make their mark. This year’s lineup includes Ryan Eversley (#07), Harry Cheung (#07), Aidan Yoder (#44), Alexandra Hainer (#43), Spencer Bucknum (#7), Henry Drury (#88), Mike LaMarra (#73) and Mario Biundo (#7).

With a five car, six driver lineup, PRLA is expanding its footprint and establishing a deeper commitment to Toyota for the 2024 race season. Former factory driver and highly accomplished racing champion, Ryan Eversley, will enter the 2024 Pirelli GT4 America series and debut the Toyota Supra GT4 EVO. Eversley’s season in the Toyota will be the first time he has driven an entire season for a brand other than Honda. Ryan’s copilot for opening weekend in Sonoma will be Harry Cheung, a long-time sports car driver with a wealth of experience racing everything from Ferrari Challenge, to Maserati, to Honda Civic.

Returning driver, Aidan Yoder, will once again represent PRLA in the GR Cup. The 20-year-old Southern California native, took a pole and one podium in the inaugural season. He placed an impressive P8 in driver standings in 2023. Having visited all but one of the 2024 season’s circuits in the GR Cup last season, the experience gained during 2023 will pay major dividends. Yoder will continue his partnership with Segra and is positioned as a leading competitor this season.

New to the team, but certainly not motorsport, Alexandra Hainer will join PRLA in the GR Cup. Hainer grew up at the racetrack watching her IMSA champion dad compete and was inspired to follow in his footsteps. Hainer has been a routine competitor in the Porsche Owners Club series over the past 9 years.

In his third year with the team, 2023 SRO Touring Car TCA Champion and third generation race car driver, Spencer Bucknum, will make his debut in the Toyota GR Cup Series with Precision Racing L.A. at Sonoma. Bucknum has been eager to enter the next level of racing and sought out the Toyota GR Cup as another chapter in the young driver’s professional career.

Henry Drury will race the GR Cup with PRLA, in partnership with PT Autosport. Drury’s journey into racing is nothing short of remarkable. While training for the Olympics, Henry's aspirations ended abruptly with a career-ending spinal injury. During his nine-year recovery, he found his competitive fire again through sim racing. In 2022, Drury won the PT Autosport Aspiring Driver Shootout and a two-year slot in the team’s junior driver program. After exceeding expectations in GR Cup testing late last year, Drury got the call to race GR Cup for 2024, a dream come true.

“I am very proud of the drivers we have for 2024. A mix of two veteran champions, and a cast of eager drivers seeking their first championship who can learn from the veterans. The recipe for wins and championship contention is there”, said Mario Biundo, Team Principal, Precision Racing L.A., and L.A. Honda World Racing.

Over at LA Honda World Racing, veteran driver and seasoned sports car champion, Mike LaMarra will be racing in the all-new Acura Integra Type S, TCX Touring Car which will debut at Sonoma. This will be Mike’s 14th year racing professionally and the veteran driver looks to add more winning trophies to his case.

Returning driver and team principal of PRLA and LAHWR, Mario Biundo will embark on his fourth season in professional racing. Along with teammate Mike LaMarra, Mario will race the all-new Acura Integra Type S TCX. A touring car driver since 2021, Biundo reached the podium at Circuit of the Americas in 2023 and finished with numerous top 5 positions. The TCX field will be a natural progression for him, and he’ll be right at home behind the wheel of an Acura.

As the countdown to the season opener begins, Precision Racing L.A. and L.A. Honda World Racing have their sights set on the championship. The drivers, crew and operations teams are eager for the 2024 season to get underway.
